  • 4 kulit tortila⁠
  • 1 dada ayam tanpa tulang⁠
  • 1 sdm perasan jeruk nipis⁠
  • Bumbu Taco: 2 sdm bubuk cabe, 1 sdm bubuk jinten, 1 sdt bubuk ketumbar, 2 sdt garam, 1/4 sdt bubuk bawang putih⁠
  • 2 sdm minyak goreng⁠
  • 1 Sdm Olivoila
  • Selada air iris tipis⁠
  • Tomat iris dadu⁠
  • 2 sdm kacang merah rebus⁠
  • keju parut⁠⠀⁠⠀

Cara Membuat

  • Aduk rata bumbu taco, beri minyak goreng, lalu oleskan ke dada ayam, diamkan bumbu meresap minimal 15 menit
  • Panggang dada ayam di panci anti lengket sehingga tidak perlu tambahan minyak atau panggang di oven⁠
  • Angkat ayam panggang lalu iris-iris⁠
  • Susun di atas taco: ayam panggang, irisan selada, potongan tomat dan kacang merah rebus.
  • Taburkan, keju parut, perasan jeruk nipis dan olivoila, selamat makan!⁠

  • 50 gr maizena

Marinade

  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 2 garlic
  • 75 ml milk
  • 1 cm ginger
  • salt and pepper as you need

Salad

  • lettuce
  • carrot
  • cucumber

Sauce

  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tbsp OLIVOILA
  • 1 garlic, chopped

Bahan

  • 2 siung bawang putih⁠
  • 100 gram daun basil segar⁠
  • 20 gram kacang almond/kacang tanah
  • 1 sdt perasan air jeruk nipis / lemon⁠
  • 3 sdm Olivoila⁠
  • Pasta untuk 2 porsi⁠
  • Keju Parmesan⁠
  • 2 siung bawang putih, iris halus⁠
  • 1 sdt organo⁠
  • Garam dan lada secukupnya⁠

Cara Membuat

  • Rebus pasta sampai aldente, tiriskan⁠
  • Di blender atau food processor masukan daun basil segar, kacang/almond, Olivoila, bawang putih, garam secukupnya. Haluskan sampai tercampur rata⁠
  • Tumis bawang putih yang diiris halus, masukan pasta, beri organo kering, garam dan lada secukupnya, aduk rata⁠
  • Matikan api, tambahkan pesto yang sudah dihaluskan, aduk rata⁠
